Introduction to Bonnie Jean's Kitchen

Word of Advice:

You will notice that many recipes may not have any measurements at all.
The measurements will vary considerably based on the quantity in question you want to prepare.  When Bonnie made these meals, she usually made enough to feed the whole town.
So depending on how many you are cooking for,
start with conservative amounts and work upwards, like she used to say
“You can always add ingredients to a recipe but you can never take them out.”

Please Note:

WHEN THE DIRECTIONS APPEAR IN ALL CAPS,
THEY HAVE BEEN DIRECTLY QUOTED FROM
BONNIE’S HAND WRITTEN RECIPES (unabridged)

Unabridged Version

Contains a special rare collection of Xeroxed recipes,
some of which have not been typed up or
may be a variation of ones that have.
Please enjoy and remember
 to always add lots of
LOVE to every dish
your hands
prepare.
